I want to thank your firm for the excellent service in installing BBC Freesat at my house yesterday. When I contacted you I was offered an early appointment on a Saturday, and your colleague arrived exactly when expected, quickly and clearly explained the options for obtaining digital TV reception in this difficult location and then proceeded with the work; fixing the satellite dish in an unobtrusive place and doing all the wiring, finally testing to ensure that everything was working correctly. All within not much more than one hour. It could not have been better. I am very pleased.
